For some reason, Gracie will not say Meghan's name. She says Annie and Ethie and Mom and Dad, but not Meggie. At first, she called her "Not Annie". Now, she's taken to calling her Baby. Umm, okay.

She is talking up a storm now. She is obsessed with Barbie and Elmo, so those are two major topics of conversation. Her other obsession is shoes. The girl loves her shoes. But she used to have this odd quirk where she talked with her mouth closed so everything sounded like "mmm hmm". She has mostly stopped doing that, except when it comes to shoes. She calls shoes "mmm hmm"s. Every single time. The kids haven't even started calling them that to her. "Gracie, do you want your mmm hmms?" All righty then.
