Wow - I feel old. Ethan started Cub Scouts last month. He earned his Bobcat in one night at his very first meeting, which the den leader said he hadn't seen done before. It was just memorizing a bunch of stuff, and Ethan has my brain for that kind of thing. I can't remember to take my kid to preschool, but I can recite the entire preamble to the Constitution to this day. :)
The moms get to put the Bobcat badge on the upside-down kid. There was some sort of reason for that, but hey - Ethan just thought it was fun to be hung upside down.

Ethan is so excited to finally be in Scouts, and we're very proud of him!
