Weber County Fair

I took the kids to the Weber County Fair. My mom came and brought my nephew, Will, and my sister came with my niece, Adelynn. Not the greatest picture of the group, but with 6 kids seven and under on a windy billion-degree day, not too shabby.

Meg in front of an army tank - there's one of Ethan, too, but Annie refused to pose by a tank.

Aunt Susie helping Meggie pet a horse.

Checking out a sheep.

This was Gracie's reaction to pretty much all of the animals. She especially hated the sheep.

Grandma Sharon helping Ethan to pet a horse.

Meggie and Ethan petting a cow.

Ethan, Annie, Will, and Meghan looking at the sheep.

More sheep watching. Sheep must be more interesting than I thought.

Love this one - even if Will did refuse to smile. :)

The kids loved spending time with their cousins. Annie gets a kick out of Adelynn. She loves being the big sister/cousin, and she's great with babies. Ethan was thrilled to have Will around. They may be a few years apart, but he's a boy. Yay! Ethan is inundated with a bit too much estrogen in his life, so he is absolutely ecstatic to have another boy to hang out with. Gracie hated the animals, but she is a trooper when it comes to being dragged around kingdom come for all these things we do. And Meggie had a blast - she really does have fun wherever she is. We ate ice cream, saw crazy people singing really bad karaoke, and had to take 712 detours through construction to even get there, but it was all worth it for a fun day at the fair.
