Mini-Home Makeover

Our house has needed some updating for a while, and we (well, my mom) finally got around to doing some of it.  We painted our front door dark brown.  We also did the inside of the bay window the same color, but it is impossible to get a picture of the inside of a bay window.  The glare and the light are horrible.

Since this was taken, I've also added a vinyl to the front door, and I have some shutters that I still need to paint and get hung.  I swear I'll get it done before it snows.

We did most of the interior walls this tan color, and we updated pictures and took down some old decorations that I've had forever and just aren't me anymore.  I love how the color turned out.  Someday, my house will cease to be a work in progress.
