The last Wednesday of the month is free day at Hogle Zoo. Since Ethan was off school for Thanksgiving, and the weather was nice, if cold, we made the trek. My mom and my nephew, Will, came along.
We saw my favorites, the giraffes, including the so cute I can't even stand it baby giraffe:
And rode the carousel:
A fun day without too many meltdowns (Will and Meghan both had their moments, and Gracie freaked out when she got too tired). Overall, I'd call it a success!

Hmmm...Will never mentioned a trip to the zoo. I had a suspicion that when I ask what he did during the week and he always says nothing, that something was being left out.
