Preschool Field Trip to PetSmart

Meghan's preschool class went on a field trip to PetSmart.  It was a joke.  I felt bad for her teacher because she felt SO horrible about it.  She used to do field trips to PetCo, but they don't do guided tours anymore, so she took us to PetSmart instead.  The tour lasted less than 10 minutes, and the kids couldn't see any animals up close or touch any.  Some guy who was taking his puppies to the vet in the store took pity on the poor kids and let them pet them.  Other than that, they saw some fish and lizards in tanks, and cats in cages. It was pathetic.  Oh well.  At least Gracie didn't scream and cry, which is a success considering her fear of animals.
