Diet Coke/Mentos Geyser
I saw something about this a few years ago, but we decided to try it out this summer. It turns out, if you put an entire roll of Mentos into a 2-liter bottle of Diet Coke (I've heard that regular Coke will work too, but diet is less sticky to clean up), it will basically turn into Old Faithful.
It was pretty cool, but I was very happy to have my fast camera, because it only lasted like 2 seconds. Worth it to do once, though.
